Cool if you see a big white F250 diesel with a tall CB antenna on top (looks like a remote control car haha) that shall be me...so give me a honk. We are leaving Bartlett, around 1130 tomorrow and rolling thru. Should make it thru the Nashvegas before traffic and in Townsend in time for dinner.

Townsend is a nice quiet place. I got married there one time. Very peaceful place. I bet it will be a tad nippy there but still nice.

Yeah my buddy is a LEO there and also does the firewood for the campsites and stores. But I know 4-5 others I am great friends with, since we frequent the place so much. The cabin we are staying in is down the road toward the caverns and super nice. I cant wait for sure....need time away!

Really Pat it doesnt matter if the weather got bad, as just sitting in the cabin surfin and enjoying nature is worth it. Oh and away from the city.

What Scott said about the wind is for real - I meant to get out on the lake, but when a ladder blew down outside my house and one of my garbage cans almost rolled out of my backyard into my neighbors place I forgot all plans RE: putting a cheeto puff boat out on the lake.
I would have never gotten back to the landing.

As cold as it got, and strange the weather - I bet we are in for some memorable storms this year. MARK my words!
When it goes from warm to cold it is one thing. The danger is when it suddenly warms up from a lot of cold. That makes it more turbulent than usual....
We could well be in for a bad time this year
