I could take pictures, but you really can't see what they did. Ran a bead of sealer between the rubber seal and the windshield. I would have preferred they removed the windshield and properly resealed it. I feel like this isa like painting over termite damage, looks ok, but problem is still hiding underneath.
my drivers side window rattles. It happens at highway speeds, I can push out on the glass and the noise stops. Anyone else have this? I have looked in the window track and found some little hard rubber piece and moved it back to were I thought it came from but still rattles.
I had this exact problem on my previous truck and it is very annoying. I think 720deere is the exception and most will find that it is the windshield. I took it to the dealer multiple times and they could never hear it, which was more annoying.
The only way to fully fix it is to remove the windshield and re-install it with proper sealing.
I wonder if this issue has been addressed with the 2012's. I have about 1200 miles on my 12 and have not noticed ANY wind noise at speeds from 30-85mph.

I have this exact issue...drove me crazy today throughout a 2 hour drive.

same issue here. been that way since I bought the truck a year ago. I guess I've been able to cover it up by turning up the radio, but i would like to fix the issue.
I've already done the "latex tube in the door seal" mod and in addition I moved the door latch in a little bit, but I think this noise definitely has something to do with the window itself not the overall door.
Okay update on rattle in front window area toward top/rear of door. Some are pushing on glass to make it stop, but it is a vertical strip on front of back door. It is plastic with a fairly hard Peice of rubber. When you have doors shut it should seal. But there isn't enough pressure on that vertical rubber Peice that is causing the vertical plastic Peice to rattle. That Peice is only held on rear door by cheap little push pins that don't hold it tight.you can open either door and gently tap it and you will hear that annoying rattle.I will either put a thin film of sealer behind it, or try and find better push pins to hold that Peice tight.
I have the same wind noise and I have done the door seal mod (thanks epic) and that did not cure the noise but did help the doors stay put on washboard gravel roads. The question is when the dealer sent you to the auto glass place did they charge you for it or charge the dealer?

The dealer covered the cost. I also found out, it depends on the dealer, some will opt for reseal as they did with mine, others will replace the windshield.
I found my whistle comming from the vents in the dash being closed, I kept hearing the same thing except when the heat or AC was on. One day it was doing it and I commented about it to my wife and she opened the dash vents and poof whistle gone.
