Bought my new 2015 F150 in January. I've been dealing with the wind noise (whistle) which sounds like it's coming from the driver's side window. I took it in this Monday to try and get the dealership to fix the issue. It's now Friday. They apparently tried replacing the cowl and sent it to the window shop also to get the window re-sealed. When I finally picked it up, the wind noise is still there. They said if the window seal did not work, then they would give me a rental next time and keep working on it. Are there any other real fixes out there that anyone has found out?

I've seen others talking about wind noise isolated to the weather stripping in the corners of the doors. A few have tried adding surgical tubing inside the weather strip to "thicken it up".
Think I read somewhere, take a dollar bill, with the door open, hold the $ up to the weather striping, close the door pinching it between, try to slide it , if you can slide it, add something(surgical tubing sounds like an idea)behind the striping to thicken it up as mentioned
However the "whistle" might be different than what I am battling.
I need to do a Part 2 video that shows adding foam to the front A-Pillar and adding Dynamat behind the door panel.
I "believe" the issue I experience is the wind buffeting within the door cavity from the window seal and also the upper rear corner of the front door and upper front corner of the rear door is buffeting air within the cavity.
I've noticed some strange phenomenons in regards to these trucks (pools of water in the center of hood while driving 55+) Strange spray patterns from slush/dirt that I do not observe on other vehicles.
Not sure that made any sense, but the video I made kinda shows the different areas to look at. In my opinion, the dealer will be worthless in correcting this UNLESS it was the cowl seal to begin with... and if they indeed did change that, I feel you might be on your own like the rest of us.
