Does anyone know where to find Platinum windshield visor parts?

I was needing to find clear cab clearance lights for the windshield visor. If anyone has any ideas let me know. I feel as i have looked everywhere but have still found nothing.

That's a very nice truck. The problem is, they only made it for that one year. It was a special edition, and the visor was an option I believe, since I have seen pics of some Platinums without the visor. I would call the dealer and see if they can get the parts. If they can't, then see if they can tell you who made it. If you know who made it, you might be able to contact them. Did you try a Ford dealer? I don't know if they put that visor on other trucks or not. I would start with a Ford dealer, and go from there. I hope you find the parts you need. Here is an article about your truck. Good luck.

I know what you mean. They act like you are bothering them. Maybe someone will know who made it. Hopefully you will find the parts. Good luck.

Isn't that the same visor as the Lariat LE for a few years?

Your visor is OEM and typically found on the F650's and up. I searched Google but didn't find anything clear lenses. You may want to contact Ed to see what new OEM yellow lenses will cost.

Platinum Visor Parts

Hi. I have a 2000 Lariat LE with the same visor. But all I need are all the replacement lens. Did I understand you to say ford still has access to supply the lens?

This thread is over nine years old. I don't think you will find replacement parts for that visor. You can try calling dealerships if you want. I have seen a Platinum being parted out before. Maybe you can get lucky and find something like that. Good luck.
