Nice to see we're all civilized about it (even North of the 49th). I'm assuming you remove the paper as each stack is completed?

Browned butter pasta with Mizithra cheese is Will's favorite, and damned good...I like their Lasagne pretty well, but I'll more often than not go for Angel Hair/w meatballs.

Whatever you do be sure to get a side of steamed Broccoli/w Mizthra & garlic butter...you'll thank me later

We just got back from Lucille's...the gumbo was good.

Ah, the boat parade! I've been down there a few times as a spectator and it was always fun, though the folks on the boats seemed to be enjoying it even more

Ahhhh the Parade has started... something new.. pitted dates filled with goat cheese wrapped with bacon skewered and BBQed ... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm next up is the shrimp
