On the motor removal, who was it that did my mod with 1/4" nuts in the gear assembly, Wreckingball or RollingCoal maybe? In any case, they have a thread with pictures showing where to drill in the door sheetmetal in order to access the bolts that hold the window motor in place, it's on here somewhere...
its coalroller lol... aw well close enough i guess and yeah i think that it was warozz that posted the pics
My driver's side was doing the same thing. Took the door panel off, drilled out the holes, and removed the motor. Used a 12v power supply to run the motor which would stop and not start out of the truck with no load. Took the gear box apart and lubed the gears with lithium grease. Put it back together and used the 12v supply to run the motor back and forth to loosen the gears with grease. (Forward and reverse for up and down is just reversing the polarity of the 12v to the motor leads. Put it all back in the door. Window has been working for 4 months now without sticking. It has a little more noise than the passenger side so not sure how long it will last.
Careful trying to reassemble the motor in the door. A long flexible magnetic pick up tool comes in handy when you drop the small bolts for the motor down inside the door.
