Suicide doors 1 1/8" link ends with weld in bungs for 2" x 2" 1/4 wall

Those studs have to be trimmed so they don't stick up past the nuts - or the interfere with injector hold-down collars. I don't wanna talk about how I know...

there is a kid on that island of yours building a Mazda with a mid mounted engine its pretty sweet

im not sure who started it but mini truckers are pretty much the new hot rodders

wow that sounds cool, mid mount would be a bit project, but i spose there no limit to the imagination, with technology today designing parts is a bit easier.
yeah there are some real custom mini trucks kikin round.
my mates son ended up building a tray with big tubs for his one, the rear tyres run nearly half under the tray it looks sweet, it's all on hinges so he can lift it to change a tyre or whatever. i'll get a pic one day and send it through to ya...

its 2 am and im still going

the open void on the passenger's side



same void with door hung and panels on



driver's side tacked in





welds all ground smooth

got the passengers side of the dash welded up to meet the door panel





modded the factory under hood fuse panel bracket to fit in the glove box







both fuse panels installed in the dash

Jason and i got the accessories off the front of the engine and got it pulled
only 6 bolts remain untouched on the truck (other than drive train internals)
