If the green doesn't match your existing green close enough then I would say go with the black.

i have no way of knowing how close the green is other than it is described as "antifreeze green"
the interior will be black with kawi green inserts in the seats

Yeah...go with black and if you feel inclined you can always paint in to be an exact match latter.

Spend the extra 30 for the billet if you want (I still think black is more your truck's thing), but save the 40 more and loose the brass knuckle look.

Go with the plain billet one. That way you can make it any color you want and its stronger than the plastic. Where are you going to mount it?
