the rest of the $$ will come with the medical and "pain and suffering" and emotional distress but that claim will be open for awhile as i'm still seeing doctors and will be for awhile i wont settle that for awhile. i need to make sure i'm ok.
idk what i'm gonna do yet, i wanna get my new one and we'll see. i'm going to put the wrecked one on craigslist over the weekend and see what it will bring, if it doesnt sell for more then $1300 give it to the insurance company.
i dont really have time/money to fix it correctly and i couldnt bring myself to part it out. it would be like to me selling the organs of your dead child. i get a huge strong emotional attahcment to trucks and i just couldnt do it.
if i kept it it would end up just sitting, which i couldnt stand...plus i could use the extra money on the new truck for mods,maint..ect
i dont think so, the numbers are what they are, they cant go back. they allready decided what its worth thru a huge database as to what it would normaly go for at auction. done deal.

they will take the title and make it salvage then give it back to you if your totaled
BUT they pay less money if you choose to keep the vehicle after they pay you...just give it to the insurance and you wont have to hassle with the extra $2500?? If your gonna keep it and sell it I want the mirrors! Will pay and trade you some non towing ones!
