Later SD axles into OBS F-Superduty?

I have a '94 F-Superduty and planned a 4x4 conversion with a D60. I discovered a broken pinion tooth in the rear D80 diff and will need to spend $1k+ on that axle. Between that and the other issues with F-Superduty 4x4 conversions (driveline park brake and 10-lug D60 hubs), I'm considering later SD axles.
I want to keep 16" wheels, and want low gears (I like the 5.13s I have now).
I know there's confusion with which SD 450/550 had 16" and which had 19.5" wheels. I'm also not sure about frame widths.
I tried looking in the SD forum, but found lots of contradictory info, so I came back home to the IDI forum.
Thanks guys!

^ What he said. The state has a 01 F550 and a 02 F450 and both are 19.5, not to say they never made a 16", but never seen one, both are 2wd. Both redline at about 72mph (diesel) dunno why anyone would want that much gear, gets to a point of diminishing returns.

True enough, most if not all do until 99. That said he is wanting superduty axles, not f-super, IE 99+ F450 and F550

Yeah, there's confusion on which years may have had 16" wheels over in the SD forums...
Does anyone know about frame widths on SD C&C trucks?

the 01 F450 2 wheel drive and the 2011 and 2014 F-550 4X4's all have the narrow frame.

Brad, with the 450 and 550 trucks you trade speed for weight ratings with the gears.
