6.9 idi backfiring
Hey guys ive got an 86 6.9 IDI 4 speed manual.. just about any speed when I let off the throttle white smoke will roll out. Going about 60 miles an hour if I put the thought of about 50% it will sound like it's backfiring puffing out white smoke. Some people have been telling me that I have air intrusion but I've had all my return line leaking before and never had this problem. My number 7 glow plug from the previous owner stripped out the threads in the head did some shady you work by putting JB Weld all over it so there is an exhaust leak obviously. I tapped it sealing off that hole. Then it started doing this
