It's been quite a while since my last update...I did get the 460 and c6 put into place...biggest challenge was getting the belts to line up, because I ended using alt and p/s brackets from different years of trucks, and different pulleys as well...that all happened from getting rid of all the smog pump crap I didn't need...ended up getting a p/s bracket from L&L...also modified the core support to fit the larger radiator for the 460. The truck previously had a 240 so the core support had different brackets to hold that radiator. Also put in a new radiator...brake lines, 70 mustang 22 gallon tank, and fuel lines are next on the to do list
Well it's been a long time (almost a year) since I posted on my project, but I have got some stuff done...I'll just post a link to my photo bucket rather than post every pic one by one
Thanks! Not sure how well it runs quite yet...hopefully I will have it running by the end of this week...just finished fuel lines and brakes lines. Gonna swap a HEI distributor in and hopefully get it fired up.
Thank you! I'm kinda critical of them though...it was my first time bending and flaring lines...if I had to do them again I would definitely take a little more time and make them look a lot better
Again a super long time since I last posted. I changed jobs and also got a ton done with the 65. I have almost everything painted, and interior is almost complete. Wiring still needs done as well...I'm just going to post the link to my photobucket album again as there are a ton of pics since the last update and they would take forever to post each one...
The truck looks awesome, it always amazes me the amount of info on this site, of course the more we read the more money we end up spending on new ideas. Great build, keep posting it's inspiring!

I haven't posted here in a long time but the project has come a long way! Very drivable right now and enjoyed it most of the summer...but probably going back under the knife soon for some changes
I like that bench seat you have in there, what did it come out of?
It's a second row seat from a 2002 Tahoe...honestly I wouldn't do it again. I had to completely rebuild the framework of the seat and it isn't adjustable and doesn't fold down. But it's extremely comfy
