It's probably over filled.

The non-eco way of doing is to top off the radiator and let it puke out the excess.

The more eco-friendly way is to fill the system to within an inch or so below the cap so there is a small air gap.

If the truck is puking coolant no matter what, I would suspect a blown head gasket or worn radiator cap.

To confirm, check your exhaust for coolant

Or look for bubbling while the engine is idling, cold coolant.

Or pressure test the system.

bubbling could be air. I'd burp the radiator if it's doing that

Mine used to do that too. Do a coolant flush (Prestone Super Flush) and refill per the specs incorporating two bottles of Redline Water Wetter or Royal Purple's Purple Ice to reduce surface tension.

I also use a recirculating catch can from Jeg's. Install, fill it up, and it will find its equilibrium. For $20, it looks and functions like it should.

Wanna go cheaper? Epoxy a 1/4-inch ID elbow to the bottom of a 2 liter pop bottle and connect the overflow tube. You can leave the top off or epoxy another fitting to the cap with another section of hose to direct the flow where you want it to dump.

my 66 mustang did that, always. With a fresh engine, and cooling system, it always dribbled out, at least a little, so I put a bottle on it, and that fixed that.

A splash of fabric softener will do the same as the water wetter. I've used it in my demo engine but never a nice vehicle. At least it smells good when the radiator blows.

Whichever scent you prefer! It's a sight to see all these rednecks running around pouring snuggle into their radiators as they are getting the cars ready.
