Sunday I was out in Bryan helping someone with their truck and a few guys came over to work on his buddy's house. They conveniently stopped next to my truck and started talking; I looked at him and said: "They're either talking about how they're going to do things or they're checking out my truck..."
Sure enough, they were checking out my truck and complemented me on how clean beautiful she was...
I made sure and changed the subject before the "you ever think about selling it?" conversation came up...

VERY NICE!!!!
LOL! It is a state of mind. I'm born and raised in Houston so I'm probably more hard core Texas than others.

This past weekend I removed the tint from my Excursion.
The truck came up from Florida and had limo tint on the driver's window, passenger window, and 6" down the windshield. It gets dark up here in Minnesota pretty early and it made it VERY difficult to see on the drive home.
I spent about 3 hours with a bottle of Windex with ammonia and some razor blades. Visibility is perfect now! I liked the look of the limo tint on a black truck, but safety comes first.

Having lived in Houston for 2 years I totally get this! Raise a long neck for me, if you please. Changed my air filter with 91K on the old one.
