Hi Lisa, my 2000 EX got your suggested LED/Halo build in by the preowner
......and I'm not very lucky with them.
Yes they might looks great in our trucks, but the light output is not
homogene, you will see some bright lighted spots in front of you, while
the whole area isn't lighted out at all.
Dont buy them, even if they looks great and are cheap, but they aren't functional to bring light in a dark place.
Remember, the bigger the reflector, the clearer the glasss, the more light will come out.
The only projector lenses that will really work are from Hella, Germany cause
they designed and produce the lenses with an unmatched quality.
My advise, go with the Harley Lights and use all HIDstuff that would fit.
Nothing more than 4000-5000k and at best 55 to 100 watts.

The pricing is in the link above that Stewart posted. We don't handle the HIDs but have had success with Retro Solutions and DDM Tuning.

I've looked at a few threads and believe that, like how some people do 05 conversions that the headlights will fit the 04 trucks.

I replaced my paddle style mirrors with the newer 03 and up T/T mirrors with running lights and signals. What a huge difference they make! I also started to remove the cladding from the EX!

There was a link for new ones a while back on this thread. I think Robert found them on eBay.

What's causing the sockets to go out? Have you tried just replacing the entire reflector/bulb assembly?

Rearranged some cargo. Changed the oil. Nothing fancy.
