I was up by 04:00 and on the road to work by 05:00, at work by 05:30 and just got home a little bit ago.
Its like 6:10 PM, 13 hrs in the book and day shift to boot, glad I'm on the clock going to and from work, but its HOT in the hanger and on the flight line.
And I get to do it again tomorrow and all week trying to get these helo's done, so I can get outa here by the 18th or 19th so I can make the swap meet in Spg on the 20-22.

Got home this afternoon from Alley Springs. The kids and I spent Saturday on the Jack's Fork River with friends from the St. Louis area. It cooled down enough that we had a blast on the river without getting cooked. Here's a link to what pictures I managed to take:
My buddy and I were sitting around talking about tow vehicles and discovered that my van gets better mileage than his GMC 2500 6.0L - loaded, unloaded, everywhere. Kind of made my day, but left him just a wee bit irked.
