Redid the brakes on the back of a 79 E250 today, not a hole lot of fun.
It sucks that your gone Rich, but the sooner you leave the sooner you come home!
Im about 4 tall boys in to beer:30, Some one text me.
Much better than doing the brakes on a '79 E250 Had they been done since '79?
Yes PO used a chisel to remove spindle nut and to re tighten it, broke one brake line nut, I did have to buy the 2-9/16 spindle nut socket and on new nut. I like new tools.
From what I've read that spindle nut tool is almost a must for doing the brakes right. I am so happy that I have rear drums and only have to deal with it unless I'm getting the rotors turned.
