Well after removing the EGR valve, and advancing the timing a little more. Tim's Ranger has more get up and go than I thought we'd ever get out of it. BUT it still falls on it's face after 30 minutes or so of driving. It will even die. It does start back up though..
Gonna get a can of throttle body/injector cleaner and spray it. The inside is a little dirty where the air intake hose goes to the throttle body.
Starting to wunder about the IAC too abit now. DAMN it's hot. Got the boss's (kind of) ok to get me another project to work on. But I have to sell it..... or something else.
Had the Dr's visit this morning. Still won't release me. Affrais insurance company may screw me over on my disability insurance policy. Guess I'm stuck at home abit. Was really hoping to go play with Firetrucks again. I got the BIG VITO on that one!
Y'all take care.

I had a dumb a in the store, he drove in an ok 82 F250 and was having some trouble. came in all cocky and ask what do you know about 351 modified ........ windsors ? I said Ford never mad one. We got in to an argument. That he had one and had been mechanic for 20 years. well after an hour of working on it, he found out it was out of gas. Had my wife take him for gas he said he was 27 years old.
looking at another bike, what has to be done to get a title in MO.
Well sounds like its a well on all werk fronts. Our Russian counter parts and the prime on the contract figure that since we are working nights, they do not need to do any work during the day.
Since they will be gone when we are at work, haha do we got a surprise for them. Tons of extra work coming there way, working them well in to the night.
And we will be there to inspect when ever they are done, do they know its not good to PO the inspectors.
Sorry done ranting, how is everyone? Hopefully only 3 weeks then home if the schedule stays course.
I need some Ford truck wrench time, and the sound of open header's.
Ches I thought you sold the truck, that you got from Rich. I seen it on Craigslist today. Asking $2000 and NO TITLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did some scoutting to find something cheap to buy, fix and sell to make a buck and keep out of trouble at home. Not much you can really snag for around $1000 that won't take another $1000 or more and be able to sell and turn a couple bucks. Still hot as blue blazes. Grill is going ready to feed my neck, get a shower in, prop the feet up and be done. Y'all be careful. Unk Bob
Thanks for lighting the Craigslist fire, I have not been on it since I got here. So now I am giving in to temptation and doing some "Craig's surfin" lol.
WOW Rich you made it 3 day's without a fix! Dude I couldn't do it, especially with the time I have on my hande now. I'd really like to find something I could almost steal, put a few bucks into it, and sell.... Hopefull for a profit.
We just found a vacuum leak on Tim's Ranger, got it plugged and about to go for a ride... Again. I did go look at an 86 Bronco2 in Clever. Really has a decent body, 2-9 V-6 didn't sound too bad. But the tranny has issues. Only can get it into overdrive gear. Maybe a bent shift fork. I just don't want to mess with it. Guy came down $200 on his own before we even got out there. Just dosen't look like a money maker.

Got home from work, wife went out to smoke, and started ragging on me about were I got money for NEW wheels, it took 20 min to get her to believe the were my same wheels just clean.
