Well Dennis,
I guess my answer would have to be "less than once a day" since you don't have an option for "none of the above". I just manually check mine whenever I'm in the mood. That goes for both home and work.

I don't know what mine is set for. I manually check mine every few days and spent about 1/2 hour filtering out the junk to get to my important mail. I don't need it going off every few minutes while I'm on computer to let me know someones trying to get me a ***** enlarger or breast enhancment or whatother junk keeps coming in.
