I'm not sure what you mean by charge/temp, but a good rule of thumb when checking pressures is:
-2.5 to 2.75 times the ambient temperature on the High Side pressure. (100degrees = About 250-275psi). Measure the ambient temp 6" in front of the radiator.
-About 28-32 psi on the low side.
1500 engine rpm. Max AC setting, High Blower, Doors open.
This assumes that the refrigerant charge is correct, the oil amount is correct, the system was charged into a hard vacuum and there is good airflow over the condenser.
If you are trying to charge the system, it's best to start from a deep vacuum and charge the proper amount of refrigerant by weight.
