My neighbor has a dual glasspack setup with an H pipe. He's got a V6 and wants a stock sound. I have a V8 with the factory pipes and muffler but want to be alittle louder then library quiet. He wants to swap my stock for one of his glasspacks and I agreed but before we do it I have some questions, When he revs it up it sounds like a ricer exhaust, Not what I want. Could it be because the packs are burnt up or something? If it sounds like that on a V6 would it sound the same on my 8 cyl.? Also, Would it have enough backpressure so I would'nt burn my valves up?
Thanks.
I know I put flowmaster in the thread tittle, Sorry.
