i have 2005 f-350 that has a aux button but no plug

2006 F250 aux input

Just put aux input adapter on my F250. No need to remove the dash. Remove the trash bag hook (2 screws) then remove the slide out cup holder (4 screws.) You can now get your hand up to the back of the radio. Plug the adapter into the 16 pin plug on the right side port on the back of the radio. Then there are 2 wires - one ground and one to constant hot in fuse box. I ran the 3.5 mm plug out of the opening in the trash bag hook panel and all done. Took about an hour and no chance of my dash rattling since I did not remove it
