Yeah, its got 8-lug on the front axle. Its a dually, the only tag thats readable is my vin tag on the driver door, the other two have faded out. But i have found what to my guess is the fleet# for the truck on the passenger a-post-will post a picture of it. Ill put a few more on here that might help out.
What FE stands for has been debated for years, basically since the engine came out in '58.

FE was introduced in the Ford line as a 332 in '58. Upped later in the year to 352.
It has a normal DSO (72) of San Jose as well so it wasn't a special one off or some freak foreign truck either like has been mentioned for other "F130" trucks.
