i usually dont let things bother me. but there comes a point where you just cant ignore the pain anymore. lol.

wd40 is a great smell. so is gun oil and three in 1 oil. I also like the smell of traditional blackpowder.

thats true Bill. blackpowder is a great smell first thing in the morning to me at a reenactment. although it is crunchy.

Shaun I also have flintlock T/C Hawkens 45 cal. no reenactments just hunting with mine.The frizim has been worked on.It goes religously.

marshall that is what I primarily ise my flintlock for. My current flintlock is a reporduction 1777 charleville in 69 caliber. with me we open the paper cartridges with our mouths so you invaribly get some podwer in you rmouth and can never get it all out. im looking at getting a first model reproduction brown bess ( english musket) whichs is 75 caliber. but my musket is not all that accurate since it is smoothbore. I am relativly accurate out to about 50 yds.

I have a few guns but my favorite one is my SHILO SHARPS 45-110 had it for 27 years and never shot it.It was my dads he bought and passed away before it came in and he never got to shot it.So it is kinda sentamentle.

I've got a few sentimental things hanging around the house but not many. I cleaned a lot of stuff out over the past several moves.

i can understand that marshall. my other gun I have is a remington 870 express magnum 12 gauge.
