Service Engine Soon Light
I recently experienced a P0171 code on my 2001 F150. I cleaned the Mass Air Flow sensor and it's now running fine now. I can't find anyone to turn off the Service Engine Soon light and would like to be able to do that. Help?

You need an ODB2 reader, many decent ones around, I paid about $40 for mine (or half the price your stealership charges to read the codes).

Thanks for the suggestions. I undid the battery cables and the code cleared. The engine missed when I accelerated or went up a small incline. After cleaning the MAF sensor the miss disappered but the light stayed on. Now, I may not have fixed the problem to the satisfaction of the OBD, but I fixed it to my own satisfaction.
