Have you run a scan tool to check for DTCs? Any smoke?...What color? Check you batteries...load test them...should be at least 12.6v...Could be the FICM....also pull both fuel filters and check them for debris....then purge the system of air by cycling the KOEO three times at 30 second intervals...Any chance someone put Gasoline in your fuel cell? Could have a pressure leak....Turbo could be coked up...EGR valve may need pulled and cleaned....when was the last oil change?
HPO leak, or any of the things moyock said. I would start by getting the codes read (you can have codes with out a cel). Then, depending on what kind of codes you find, pull the egr valve out and clean it. Test the FICM, there is a great write-up in the tech folder of this section that explanes how to do this.
