Ford doesn't recommend monitoring the mpg until the truck has over 10K on the clock. Check your owners manual on that one, they may have changed that a little since 2007.
I'm going to guess your Harley edition is all wheel drive. If so, that's likely the biggest factor for your lower mpg's. That and those 22's Ford puts on, don't make for a good mpg combination.
See what your dealer has to offer. They might find something or they may just give the old. It's a truck what do you expect BS. After the visit to the dealer, you could always disconnect the battery to purge the driving pattern that's been learned so far. That could help a little, but don't expect a lot.
Good luck
Thanks,I hope I don't get the runaround.I have calculated it by hand and yes even reseting the mpg still hasn't helped, and for those who wondered the difference is .4mpg so the computer is doing it's job.I might try disconnecting the battery, can't hurt to try.
Tire size and tire design will play in to it as well.
My 10 F150 xlt 4x4 w/3:55's, all season tires and a 17" wheel gets 22 on the highway @ 70mph, at 75mph it drops down to 19.8 on avg. My computer mpg readout is off on a avg of .6mpg.
In town I am getting over 17, no complaints here.

Just hold off until after you've visited the dealer. Disconnecting now will give the truck a P1000 code and wont help them if there's a problem.
I have been having a problem with tire pressure sensors. I keep seeing "tire pressure sensor fault" in the digital screen on the speedometer but every time I check the tire pressure it says 40psi unloaded. I assume Ford pumped my tires when I got my oil change...
Gas mileage has gone down but I don't think its because of low tire pressure (book says 35psi and they're all at 40, I used two different tire pressure gauges). Could the sensors really be faulty? I never took the rims/tires out or messed with them.
I would suspect that the AWD system could be hurting mileage. I doubt you'll see over 14-15 highway with the AWD and 22" wheels and tires. That's just my opion based on personal experience. See what the dealer says when you take it in.
