I have the super cab. I though the sd was a better quality plow than the ht. And I don't believe the ht has downforce such as is with the snoway. What the fisher ht has is "scrapelock". The dealer tells me what the ht does with scrape lock the sd makes up for in weight. The ht is 414 lbs and the sd is about 485. Also the dealer told me that the plows that use the chain lift vs the hydro are more rugged.
If ur truck has the 3900 springs did it come with the heavy payload or snowplow package?

I am looking to put the same plow on my 2004 f150. It's heavier than the fisher ht plow but prob better! The dealer tells my fgawr is too lite duty ( mine is 3750lb) what is yours? How does that truck handle that plow? Would you go for the ht
Version if u did it again? Thanks
