Electrical Problems HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you try unplugging the brown connector under the dash just to right the steering column? IIRC, it has 6 wires. One of them is the horn wire. Could there posssibly be a grounded wire in the column, since it uses a ground from the horn switch to activate the relay.

ok guys i have returned home from the grad trip. It was extremely fun and I got to see alot of wildlife while I was there. Unfortunately I had to make a trip to the ER while camping in yellowstone. I cut my leg with a hatchett and had to get stiches in my leg. Ok now back to the truck:
