Just had Engine Oil, Transmission Oil, and Coolant flushed/changed by Ford in preparation for a 300mi trip towing a 4500# trailer. 30 minutes into the trip, the Wrench Light came on and I perceived a power loss (kinda like hesitation when accelerating), but no "Failsafe" warning on the message center; also no CEL. I scanned it while on the road, and got no codes. Wrench light resets after key-off, and only comes on with constant (interstate) towing and only after 30mi +/-. It doesn't come on while towing at speeds <50mph through towns or when not towing regardless of miles (even under high throttle demand). Made the trip up and back with no issues other than it seemed like it didn't have enough power to make the Florida hills with the trailer (thank goodness I wasn't in NE GA). Could the fluid changes above have broken chunks loose in the respective systems or does this sound like a sensor issue.
Mileage 80,800; Eng Hrs: 1970; 2005 F350 LB CC 6.0. Had head bolts replaced with OEM at 47K.

Any help appreciated. Thanks,

In my opinion ... Either 1) your dealer flashed your truck to the latest strategy while they had it & now your truck is showing you the wrech light for the ECT vs. EOT temp differential, or 2) you already had the flash, and the coolant flush finshed off your oil cooler.
Consider getting an Edge Insight CS and monitor the differences. Either way, it looks like a Oil Cooler & EGR Cooler job is in your future. Sorry ...
Just had the 'WRENCH' lite on(limp mode), brought it to the FORD dealer since it really didn't want to go more then about 35.....
So far 1200 and change...
1 throttlebody,plugs... and its fixed. mileage 68905....
