the wrench light did not come one until 30 min after the reflash truck still runs the same as b4 the reflash, and the first thing i suspected was maybe the eot and ect were not within limits but i have a coolant filter and a 7 month old oil cooler i hope i dont need another oil cooler
wrench light comes one while normal driving and no hard start, and i have a full egr delete maybe its detecting low egr flow....i hope thats what it is

That could be possible especially since you haven't replaced your diablo with custom tunes yet(atleast going by your siggy). I did a bypass and I already had tunes that had the EGR turned off even before I did all my modifications, so I never had an experience with the wrench light with regard to EGR flow.

No EGR delete here ... but I have a less than 1K mile old EGR coller & Oil Cooler.
I don't get the light on short drives (less than 10 miles) ... but if I get on the highway for any amount of time it will come on.
Got my stored "wrench light" code read at the Ford Dealer today ... as I suspected, it was the DTC P012F for the oil cooler efficiency.
So I say to the Tech ... "but you guys just changed my EGR & Oil Coolers less than a thousand miles ago". Tech says that in his experience, its probably a dirty oil temperture sending unit (3C3Z-10884-AA or Motorcraft SW-6052) ... he suggests cleaning it or replacing it. He said "its definitely not a plugged oil cooler".
yup i got the same issue, i replaced the oil cooler about 7 months ago and ive had a coolant filter ever since guess i try cleaning the sensor or just replacing if its not too expensive

Did you determine the cause of your issue? Really interested to know if replacing the temp sending unit helped with your issue?

Actually just picked up a new Temp Sending Unit today; should get it installed in the next few days. I'm also gonna get an Edge Insight monitor to get a visual on the Temp spread.
Light still comes on when I'm on a 30 mile or so steady highway drive.

I'll follow up with findings.
Fantastic, I'm trying to figure out a similar problem Saga tale here and it seems very similar to yours. I'll wait on your results with the sensor before I go and get one too. Thanks.
