I think I would have told him sure go up a hundred and lets sign this contract where you will reinsulate the attic in 30 days or less and if that date is not may the cotract defaults to -125.00 per month.

Yeah, that would be nice, But like I told him today, It's not worth them sending anyone over to "FIX" anything, because when they are done I still have to go "FIX" it. They keep trying to fix it like it is a rent house, and I keep trying to make it look like a professional did it.

Change of plans, I dont have enough ingredients to complete the meal and I am not going to the store. That said I will have it all on Daddy's day
We will have refried beans, spanish rice, pico de Gallo, Fajitas, Cheese Enchaladas, Chips & hot sauce, Avacados & guacamole

That's funny Rocky, I decided to do the burgers tomorrow too. To much Drama over here with the 16yr olds room(i took her phone away, and you woulda thought I shot her mother) the 9 year old got caught lying.

Whenever it rang, I answered it. The kid called after midnight and hung up the first time. He called back 10 minutes later and hung up again. The 3rd time he called I picked up the phone and said, "Are you really that ******* stupid?" Text messaging was blocked on her phone until she was 18 and got her own plan.
Remind your daughter things could be worse.

Sounds pretty good, Nice to know I'm not the only old fashioned person out there.(disciplinary anyhow)
I remember when I took EVERYTHING out of her room and she had to earn it back, Still she tries to test me. But I guess to understand RIGHT, you sometimes have to go thru WRONG.. Sounds like I could put that on a fortune cookie. hA ha ha ha
