Or after...I have broken cartilage in my left knee from a baseball injury and it plagues me. I need to get it fixed but dont wanna go in for surgery

Yeah, the main accident happened about 8 years ago, then I finally had knee surgery 2 years ago, and it is worse after the surgery than it was before.

Yeah that is what I am afraid of.

BTW does this site keep crashing...I keep getting the error pages

I tell everyone it was from playing BALL, but it happened playing softball for a company league. I will tell you the longer you wait the worse it gets, I did not have any cartilage left all my ligaments were gone, and they had to polish my bone just to get it to fit in the socket and move better, it was messed up, the doc wasn't sure how I was even walking on it.

Haha funny you say that. Mine happened the first time sliding into a base. Then I was throwing a football around, stepped in a hole and wrenched it, and that did it in.

That's how mine happened, sliding into third, the bottom under my knee went to a 45 fegree angle, then some years later, playing basketball, onthe landing after a jump, It went out again.
