yeah I got the ice in the glass with the Crown..

It just poped out and back in real quick, just a little swollen, I can still walk on it and everything.

So how was everyones day. are you off yet Scotty?

Actually pretty good, Just barely sore, but doing alot better than I thought it would this morning. I thought for sure I ws going to be limping around and it would have been swollen bad.
But it's pretty good.
