The brisket was GREAT and the BBQ sauce was the best batch i've made for the family(usually I make it spicy for me). All in all...A great day! Hope everyone else is the same.
I did not get to ice anything down because no one was coming over that drank, and I don't drink alone!

Has anybody seen this new jewel video? I've herd it on the radio but I just watched it and... dang she looks good!

Looks like we may have a nice weekend coming. This last one was not too bad. But where I live a couple of days were not too good.

Morning Rocky and anyone else reading.

Got the trailer to the boat fixed. Tried everything to find a bearing that would fit (NOTHING) so I machined the darn spindle myself and made one fit. HA take that

And the crappie are suppost to hit real soon. 25 per day limit. Got the boat ready and plan to hit it hard Friday morning.

so we parting on the coast? awesome views.
well im turning in for the night. It was a rig move today, and its been a long one. What a way to return back to work. nothing like getting up at 2 am and driving in. then babysitting 12 guys all day for 20+ hours.

Lake bound

I've got my Girl loaded already Girl is my 78 f250 custom. Going to lake granbury this weekend for 5 days of camping , fishing and of course a little cold beer to go along with all of that . It's on teusday and the smoker is loaded with chairs , coolers and the camper is hitched up . Heading out Thursday morning. Yall have a great weekend ,Mark

I've been trying to go fishing every chance I get, Summerville I have tried a few times, I was told about Burton but I haven't been able to make it out there yet. I still need to get myself a boat... I love crappie, sun perch, blue gill (All of the little perch). I will still be happy with a bass or catfish (so easy to clean). No gaspergoo, gar, buffalo, carp.

I don't get to fish to often but even if I don't catch a thing it's just nice to be on the water eith me some buddies a brew and my thoughts.
