Thanks for the vote and believe it or not I don't drink unless I fish, smoke meat, or around others that do, and when I play golf,(which by the end of the game is hard to hit the one in the middle.)

 

Still not too much participation down around these parts I see. George says 491 members he mass pm'd. I wonder how many are still active, or how many Texas folks are even members of the Texas chapter.

I'll be watching the map over the next couple of days, then I guess I'll start sending out some PM's to fellow Texans to see if maybe we can get them to at least stop in and say howdy.

Well just got some awesome news. My trucks trans is out right now, and I needed to go get my fifth wheel tt from San Angelo tommrow. I didn't know anyone eles that had a fifth wheel hitch. So I was going to pay to have one put in my brothers truck. That was about to set me back $500 that was going to my trany. Then just a min ago I rememberd there was a guy on one of our rigs that had one. Called him up and luck was on my side. He is off work tommrow. So he is going to swing by here and pick me up, and then we are off to get my trailer.
