I was there for my grandma's 100th birthday/family reunion. I went there six months after Katrina and it was really sad. Each time I went back it looks better and better. This last time the areas I went to you couldn't even tell anything happen.

Can one of you send some rain my way? It's so dry here the road is starting to crack. The cracks in the ground are even worse.

Hard not to have fun in New Orleans. Drive-threw daiquiri shops and legal to drive with a beer in your lap. Won some money playing Bourre'.

Hey guys I here Kerri Underwood will be at the Toyota Center in October. Nose bleed seats are still avalable.

What you guys do over the weekend?

Me not too much was too windy at the lake for fishing, but perfect weather for sweating.

Weekend fun

I went to San Antonio last Thursday. Saw Brian Regan at the Majestic Theater (very funny). Stayed at the St Anthony hotel, a historic 100 year old hotel, with elevator problems. Saw the Alamo. Walked the river walk until I was sore. Drove home visiting vineyards and wine tasting.

So, today I slept in. Oh and I fixed the Pinz.
