Rocky, Running the forklift into a utility pipe isn't enough reason too can him!!?? Sounds like grounds to me!!! Chit, I got fired from a job once for shooting my girlfriend with a rubber band. Of course that was twenty years ago before everybody got super sensitive and ultra P.C..

I agree, If it was a singular act and accident, but it sounds like this guy has had numerous infractions and this would be an ace in the whole if he was under any illegal influence.

He broke a water line 1" galvanized Steel
He bent a 2" galvanized nitrogen line
He bent a 1" Air line
He pushed all of the pipes over one foot.
Then I told him "Did you and I have a discussion about how to manuver a 2600# supersack and that you use a pallet to transport it and not the lifting lugs of the super sack" Then he said yeah, thats the first thing I thought of when I ran into it. AHHHHHHHHH

The guy is a dip stick has the mechanical ability of a child. Constantly puts channel locks on the wrong side to loosen or tighten. Can not remember simple crap like "righty tighty lefty loosey". I am tired of the bs, not here but with him.
