Yea I'm going to try and go out there at 6 in the morn to start digging then install the RPZ and be done with that then get back to the house to shower and head to College Station to look at another job.

no, its got the whirly birds, i wanted to put a ridgevent on it last year but the landlord did not want to, and would't let me do it myself.

I would put a power fan on there. I put one on mine but mine is solar powered and cost me a arm and a leg. I installed a power fan on my last house and the light bill dropped 45 to 55 dollars in one month.

Yea I thought about that too, I was also going to just do a cheap spray coat from the inside myself, I figured those few things would help save almost 100 bucks or more a month.
