As the crow flies I am less the 15 miles from cali border on the east side. Absolute awesome day! Hit mid 70's and sunny until about 6... then the clouds started coming in a bit. Now got a few thunderheads over the valley.
On another note... I need a pyrometer bad or at least the probe for one! I was able to salvage a nice IH gauge out of an old semi today but a probe for it is like $$$$... so anyone got a used one laying around?
Morning all. Cloudy with, were the hell is summer. So I was changing out one of the posts on the back porch yesterday and was I was pullin it out there was an "extra" screw that I missed. Pulled hard, screw let go, 8' 4x4 decided that my little toe shouldn't work right for a while. Broken toes suck.
Looking like rain here, I think summer has been canceled this year.
My the 4x4 trail in the high country, to my favorite fishing holes is still under 3ft of snow in most places...............usually open by Memorial day wknd.

Ouch!........I have been accidentally shot in the calf with a .22lr rifle, and also had scrap steel fall on my foot breaking a toe............pain wise, I would take the gunshot wound!
