Evening guys! Had a good weekend here. Got Mikes Cleveland finished and he's headed back home with it, and got the 240 power installed in my shop. Now I can hook up my compressor and welder.
Time for bed here. I have to go to the mountains tomorrow and work on some logging equipment.

I absolutely love living in the desert. If I go 27 miles North I'm at the Columbia river, and 20 miles South I'm in the woods! The best of both worlds........I'm staying home and working on my 67 shortbed project today. Waiting for parts for a log loader, and parts for a wind machine, so today I get to play!

That doesn't sound too bad. When I think desert I imagine 100+ mile radius of sand and cactuses

Desert is probably a misnomer........We have no sand or cactus. We have mostly farmland and rangeland. The Cascade Mountains block the weather from the wet westside, to the dry eastside. Not a lot of people around here, my county has 1,900 square miles but only 1,800 people!
I'm going into semi-retirement in November so I'll have lot's of time to work on my projects!
