Morning Walt! I just approved your Oregon Chapter membership. You are now a member of our little band of misfits..
Welcome to the chapter!
It's a little wet here today also. I guess I'll be working in my "mancave" today.........
Thanks for having me. I have had a few Fords over the years, my fav was a 64 econoline in the mid 70's. custom van craz you know.
now I got last sunday this 62 f-100 with 51,000 mile on her. She is pretty clean but has been sitting for 8 years and needs alot of new rubber goodies and everything made to work smoothly again.
time and tinkering will make her run like a new truck again.
Is there such a thing as a sway bar for this rig? or what is the preferred way to make her handle better in a turn?
I think Mike and I are the closest members in the state, and he's 40 miles away from me.........lol
We got a couple over Medford way but that's like 90 miles. And a guy in the IDI forum lives in Medford but works in K-falls, haven't talked to him in a while though!
Don I only got to take my boat out twice this year... hardly worth having the thing anymore.
I actually had to fire up the kerosene heater in the shop! Man I am so not ready for winter!
I had mine out 3 times all summer (caught lots o' fish).......hopefully, get on the river for salmon in the next couple weeks, but not counting on it........No need for heat here yet, doubt it has gotten below 55 at night, lotsa drizzle though.
