The best is when it's high enough you can cross over the barb wire fences.

I was not going to spend a fourth day on the road. It got down to 48 Degrees last night. I looked on the weather service sight and they say it's going to be a La Nina winter. That means more rain for you valley people ,and more snow for us dry side people, yes!!!
I can never remember what that means for the interior new England. Hopefully snow so I can put some miles on the ski doo.

Ugh, I am so tired of the heat and humidity out here... anyone have connections with the navy medical board in D.C.? They need to speed this thing up so I can come home and do some salmon fishing, crabbing, and elk hunting!

Hey Don, you know where I can get myself a nice big Bull? I've shot several cows over the years but I want a big bull for my wall so that I can drive my wife nuts!

Saw a nice bull that some one got in the John Day area. Bow hunters are doing pretty good.

Yeah, I'm a rifle guy. Most of my hunting is on the coast, but did a little mule deer hunting in the Paulina unit a long time ago. No luck...

It would be sweet if someone on here has some private land I could hunt on with some elk on it... Welcome home present? haha

The Indigo unit up behind Hills Creek reservoir has lots of elk.........no luck with your rifle, head down to the lake or the middle fork of the Willamette and catch your limit of trout!

Outside of Springfield? I may need to look into that. A lot closer to me than the dry side...
