Cracked Head???

I have a 1997 4.0 SOHC and water is on top of intake valve on the #1 cylinder. Is this a cracked head? No water runs through this plastic intake. Any advice?

i saw your post chandler... forgot that manifold is for air only, no water ports... thats an odd ball.. i think i would put a small hand pump on the raidator and pump up to 10 psi and look for water leakage.. cant be much help here.
