sdg0080, I believe that I would just find another cab rather than try to replace a roof. When you see something like this, ya gotta wonder what else is lurking beneath the paint and the carpet.

i've just seen a couple with rot along the drip rails and was curious as to how hard it is to fix. my cab does not have any rot in the roof. thats about the only place that doesnt have it...lol and i think its time to make that ol girl into a convertable...lol half way there already...lol
fiber wheel, a cutoff wheel, and some seam sealer... to fix drip rails. but something that has roof rust that bad... tell him to be careful the floor may well fall out next lol.
