Flat beds

SHow me what ya got. The dumping flat bed on my F550 is shot, and I need Ideas on building a new one.
Here is what i am working with

what about something based off a 18-wheeler head-ache rack? I was poking around on eBay last night and you can get some decent looking ones for a few hundred bucks.

They would complement the truck pretty nicely, and offer more protection for the cab.

I'm interested to see what guys have done

Wood floors suck. Get a metal plate and spray bedliner on it.

Bed looks good. Will you put small gussets from your cross channels to the dump main frame? The rub rail is a good idea. You can never have to many locations to hook a strap or chain. FSD

Spray bed line would kinda defeat the purpose of a DUMP bed

No. It has more than enough weld holding the crossmembers to the dump frame
