Unbelievable the amount of kindergarten mentality responses to the census form which is so simple and basic to just fill out properly and send back. There is absolutely nothing on it that is an invasion of privacy. GROW UP!

So, quite the contrary, those of us who have a problem with the way the "Census" is being conducted, have thought it out in an adult manner. I will not be a sheeple.

Greenego, I honestly don't care what your opinion of the census is, you're entitled to that opinion. If you think it's no bother or intrusion of your life, then fill it out and send it in with that opinion. Heck, somewhere here there is a link to a .pdf file of the long form of the census. Why don't you print that out, complete it and send it in as a good citizen?
What I take issue with, and what seems to be lost on you, is that you accused a bunch of us of being childish--excuse me, of having "a kindergarten mentality". Disagreeing over current events is one thing--it's done often here (even more so if you pony up and join Club FTE), but dumping on others' opinions in the manner you did (by insulting us) is downright rude and doesn't really add anything to the thread. You could have simply stated that you didn't think it was a bother and left it at that--I don't think any of us would have had any problems with that whatsoever, even though we disagree.
