Several weeks because the truck is getting major changes before I can hook up the gauge. Everything plus some listed in my sig are what's going to be going on. When the motor is out, I'm pulling the dash, front seats, and such and will be modding the firewall for a SD 4" downpipe and also fix some broken brackets behind the dash. Then the firewall is getting sound deadening and as far on the floor and trans tunnel as I've got material for right now. Quite a bit of electrical changes to be made before I can put the dash back in!

Yeah, I'm more worried about the custom electrical stuff taking more time than the mechanical stuff. I'm planning on having most of the mechanical stuff done within the next 2 weeks but I bet the electrical will take every bit of that and more

It'll have Cale's tunes eventually. I don't have enough for a built trans just yet so I'm not going to be doing too much coal rollin'. Spoke to Cale yesterday and he said with the bigger sticks and no programming I should be in the 300 rwhp range before they can flow more fuel. Once I can get more money saved up for a trans, then I'll have him burn the chip.

Been out of town all week. How much you wanna bet he shipped mine first and it's sitting in a box on my desk at work? Seeing how I don't plan on stopping by the shop tomorrow when I get back from LA, I guess it will just have to sit there till Monday.

Mine showed up today I had enough time to just read the enclosed installation info. There's this great disclaimer that says basicly to keep your eyes on the road...not on the sexy gage LOL

got mine 2 days ago apparently, they were just hiding it from me. found it last night and set it up temperarily til my guage pod gets here from summit. Got that one you sent me a pic of Jim for $20... should look good in there tho. thanks a bunch Jim, i wasn't sure if i'd like the scan guage, but now i don't look at my other guages as much b/c i'm busy staring at the SG. that thing is freakin' nice!!!!!! the buzz and CCT tests work much faster than the snap on solus scanner i used to use. much better. thanks again Jim.

Angry

Reading this posts, I feel VERY bad, because I have to wait at least 1 week more to have the gauge in my hands, you know I have to import it from USA to my country. I even dont know now, if it is already in my address in your country.

BTW anybody has had issues with the 12V switched? or you just have connected to the OBDII port?.

I dont plann to install it in a pod gauge, just use it like a scanner when needed, (really I dont know yet) what do you think? Does it hurt something connect it and disconnect it, when needed?

Jose using it like a scanner won't hurt it as far as I know.
