Well just placed an order with Diesel site for a regulated return should get here next week. How hard is it to install?
I would take the turbo off to install it, although most directions I have read do the install with the turbo still on. I would not even think about doing one with the turbo still on. It's not too bad once you get everything off, just takes time to take things off to get to what you need to get to.

I haven't installed the DieselSite RR but my experience with the CCK was that the most difficult part was getting the stubborn driver side fuel rail plug to break loose. I had to resort to visegrips for that. An open end wrench kept slipping and was rounding off the square head. I actually had to use channel locks to be able to close the visegrips tight enough so they would not slip. I also removed the plenum bolt next to it for more room to get the visegrips on really good. Once it broke loose I could remove it with my fingers. The one at the front of the passenger side surprised me, it broke loose with just a small open end wrench. Hopefully they both come out easy for you.
After you get it all installed turn on the key and cycle the fuel pump and check for leaks before the initial start.
I actually had a harder time with the passenger side fuel plug, drivers side came right out. Spray those plugs a day before with WD-40 or PB blaster to help with the extraction.
I used a socket with a universal for the passenger side plug -- I had the unfortunate luck to round off the bolt that holds the damn belt tensioner on, so I had to remove the plug and install the adapter with it in place. Not too pleasant.
i second the take the turbo out! i have the cpr+ RR and i love it! if youre thinking about it get the fuel bowl delete kit now and save yourself a second turbo removal. youre gonna love it! its by far the best money other than the BTS i have spent on my truck! should come from the factory with one installed.....
its not a hard install just make sure you take your time and get all the joints for the fuel lines in there and pressure test it before you put the turbo back on as well......
No need to take the turbo out. Be patient and follow directions. DieselSite RR is a very simple install with great documentation. All parts are numbered or lettered. Bob is always a phone call away.
you could spend 20 minutes taking the turbo out or you can spend alot longer than that trying to get at the fuel rail plugs and taking out the old fuel lines. jmo........
