R-TOr21on, you said that your MPG wasn't much better w/DPF tunes than stock. I want to do the same thing, what was your mileage stock and then with DPF tunes?
The 150hp DPF on tune felt like there was a little more oomph and better than stock shifting. Actual MPG gain was minimal, maybe 1 MPG better. BTW- Regen frequency remained the same ( about every 700 miles ).

If you only saw a 1 mpg increase from adding the Spartan, what kind of mileage increase did you see after losing the DOC / DPF? I see you have a intake and exhaust...did you do all this at the same time you did the dpf delete or after? Is your EGR still running, or deleted / plated?

I saw approx. another 2-3 MPG after the DOC/DPF delete. Intake & exhaust (DPF back)were done before the truck ever saw Spartan tuning. I believe the EGR is disabled with the Spartan 250 + tunes. I haven't done the EGR block off plates yet. They're on my "to do" list, along with Banks Intercooler, cold side CAC pipe........
